Title: Sofia Art Residency

Description: Four artists living in North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece and Hungary, and working in the fields of painting, sculpture, graphic design, fashion design, craftwork and mural, were selected to participate in an art residency in Sofia (Bulgaria), in order to create original artworks inspired by the local traditions of the city of Sofia. Part of the activities in the framework of the “ECHO II: Traditions In Transition” European project.

During the Sofia Art Residency (May 2021), the artists-in-residence worked in special rented ateliers in one of the districts of Sofia, located very close to the Vitosha mountain and the Regional History Museum Sofia.
